Returns
Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
If you believe your order is faulty or has been delivered in error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@forcenutrition.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your case and approved the return or refund, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to appear in your account.
We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used products
• Products returned without prior approval
• Orders placed with incorrect delivery details
• Delays caused by courier services outside our control
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before 12:00 PM (midday) on the day of dispatch. After this point, cancellations may not be possible as your order could already be in transit.
