All orders placed before midday (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the next working day, so please allow an extra day for delivery.

We use Royal Mail and Evri for UK deliveries. Both services aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, including Saturdays (where available).

Please ensure your postcode and delivery address are complete and accurate. While we do our best to check every label before dispatch, we can't verify every address. Any inaccurate delivery information that the client provides is not our responsibility, and the customer is responsible for paying any fees resulting from this.

At this time, we are unable to consider parcels from either Royal Mail or Evri as delayed or lost until 7 working days have passed since dispatch.
